Privacy Notice

We designed this pre-launch site to collect as little personal data as practical.

Plain-language summary: We collect the information you submit, use it to manage the research community, do not sell it, and provide the form below for access, correction, or deletion requests.

Information we collect

• Your email address, selected role, optional message, consent version, and submission time when you join the list.
• Your email address, request type, and optional detail when you submit a privacy request.
• Standard security and delivery information processed transiently by our hosting provider. This project does not intentionally store your IP address or user-agent string in its waitlist database.

How we use information

We use submitted information to manage research updates, understand community composition, evaluate potential collaborations, respond to privacy requests, prevent abuse, and operate the site.

Legal basis and consent

Where applicable, we process waitlist information with your consent and operational information for legitimate interests in securing and running the site. You may withdraw consent by requesting deletion.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers needed to host and secure the site, disclosed to professional advisers under appropriate duties, or produced when legally required. The current host is Cloudflare.

Retention and security

We retain waitlist data only while it is reasonably useful for the project or until a valid deletion request is completed, subject to legal obligations. We use access controls and platform security features, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

International use and children

Infrastructure may process data in more than one country. This site is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal data, and to withdraw consent. Submit a request below. We may need to verify that you control the supplied email address before completing it.

Changes

We may update this notice as the project changes. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and, when appropriate, an additional notice.
