These terms govern use of this early-stage MyoSignal research-project website.

Pre-launch draft: These terms are a practical starting point, not a substitute for review by qualified legal and regulatory counsel before commercial launch.

1. What this site is

MyoSignal is an exploratory research and community-building project. This site shares general information and collects expressions of interest. It is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, clinical-trial sponsor, investment adviser, or seller of any drug or supplement.

2. No medical advice or product claim

Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a recommendation to use any substance. No investigational compound described or referenced here is represented as safe, effective, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulator. Consult a licensed healthcare professional for personal health decisions.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 to join the mailing list. You agree not to misuse the site, submit unlawful or harmful material, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, scrape it at scale, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

4. Research and forward-looking information

Scientific hypotheses, plans, timelines, and goals may change and may never lead to a product, trial, approval, or business. Preclinical and early clinical findings can fail to reproduce or translate into meaningful patient outcomes.

5. No investment offer

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security or investment. Any future fundraising would occur only through appropriate documents and lawful channels.

6. Intellectual property

The site’s original branding, design, and written materials are owned by or licensed to the MyoSignal project. You may view and share links for personal, noncommercial use, but may not reproduce substantial portions or imply endorsement without permission.

7. Third-party information

References to research, companies, pathways, or third parties are informational. They do not imply affiliation or endorsement. Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the project disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Scientific and regulatory information can become outdated.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the project and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and termination

We may update the site or these terms and may suspend access when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
