Project 001 Muscle health research

More muscle.
Less compromise.

We are exploring what it would take to create a clinically responsible, evidence-led approach to preserving and building skeletal muscle—without pretending the hard safety questions are already solved.

Current stage Discovery
Safety is the product

No compound or treatment is offered here. This project is building a research community around a high-value unmet need.

The problem

Muscle matters far beyond the mirror.

Strength and lean mass shape mobility, metabolic health, recovery, and independence. Yet today’s shortcuts can carry serious hormonal, cardiovascular, hepatic, and reproductive risks.

Research thesis

A better category starts with a better question.

Not “How do we copy anabolic steroids?” but “Which biology could improve muscle outcomes with a clinically acceptable benefit–risk profile?”

01

Muscle growth signaling

Follow the evidence around myostatin and activin pathways, while treating long-term cardiac, tendon, and metabolic safety as first-order questions.

02

Useful body composition

Study strength, function, fat distribution, and durability—not lean-mass headlines in isolation.

03

Measurable safety

Design biomarkers and trials around the harms that matter, with independent clinical review and transparent stopping rules.

Operating principles

No hype debt.

  1. 01Evidence before claims. Preclinical promise is not human proof.
  2. 02Safety before speed. “Natural” and “selective” are not safety guarantees.
  3. 03Function before optics. Strength and health outcomes outrank vanity metrics.
  4. 04Regulation is part of the plan. No gray-market shortcuts or unapproved sales.
